Customer service/Shipping abroad

We deliver worldwide. During the order you must choose the country. As soon as this choice has been made, the possible payment and shipping options will automatically appear, from which you can choose.

Any shipping costs are also made visible during the order.

If the country you want is not listed, please contact us and we will add/adjust it as soon as possible.

We usually ship with PostNL. Delivery worldwide usually takes place within a few days depending on the country of destination.

Intra-community:

For business orders within the EU, we can deliver VAT-free (intra-community, 0% VAT), provided you provide a valid VAT number.

When placing your order, enter your company details as well as the VAT number, starting with the country code letters (for example BE for Belgium). A box 'Intra-Community supply' will then appear that can be checked.

We do not charge VAT for customers outside the EU. Please note that VAT/import duties may be charged upon import into your country.
