Customer Service/Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 2 weeks of the purchase date, always stating your address. the order number.

Please send an email first stating: the order no. and state in it:

- Return reason (we would appreciate it if you motivate this)

- Your name/iban (if it has been paid through our payment provider, it will be refunded the same way).

We will inspect the item upon receipt of the item. The article as well as the packaging must be in new condition. To assess whether you like an item, you can carefully open the packaging in such a way that you are able to try the item.

We cannot accept torn packaging and we will treat it in consultation.

You can return within 2 weeks after purchase.

Only completely complete and undamaged returns will be processed.

Make sure that the packaging is also kept tidy. You are of course allowed to view and open an article.

If you wish to return your purchase because the item does not function properly, there is a defect or other problem that was already present upon receipt/delivery, please contact us.
